We provide health care services to individuals who otherwise could not afford it, including primary medical, behavioral health counseling, outpatient substance abuse treatment, and transition to wellness.

Ritter recognizes that people need access to basic necessities, including a safe place to live and food to eat, before being able to achieve quality of life or pursue personal goals. We offer housing support and rental assistance to help people find and keep their homes.

Food insecurity is a public health crisis. Our food pantry is the largest in Marin and we serve over 375 families and individuals a week. Our clients receive quality staples plus bountiful fresh and nutritious produce, they don’t have to choose between paying the rent and putting food on the table.

We provide additional sustenance when our vulnerable neighbors need it most. With the help of generous community supporters and our dedicated volunteers, we offer more support at critical times of year. Every August we host a Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway. In October we host Women’s Health Day. At year’s end we care for our community by hosting a Thanksgiving Meal Kit Giveaway and a warm sit-down Holiday Meal.
